About Us
Debbie started collecting antiques in 1970. By 1978 she was “picking” for dealers in Hinsdale, Illinois as well as on the west coast. Since then Debbie and her husband, Jim, have been selling at shows around the country as well as in group shops in Woodstock, Illinois, Delafield, Wisconsin and Minocqua, Wisconsin. In May 2023 they opened their own storefront in downtown Manitowish Waters bringing decades of professional experience in antiques and art to the Northwoods of Wisconsin.
They are members of the New England Appraisers Association and are USPAP compliant. As such, they aid clients in the liquidation of art, antiques and coins though their connections at top auction houses in the United States.
Debbie has served continually since 2007 as the Secretary of the Wisconsin Antiques Dealers Association and continually since 2018 as the President of the Chicago Suburban Antiques Dealers Association. In addition she has been active with museums and historical societies:

Jim specializes in Civil War accoutrements & ephemera, antique firearms and coins. Debbie is considered a generalist, able to advise on a very wide range of antiques & art.
Their son, Jeff, owns Iron Horse Military Antiques in Champaign, Illinois, specializing in Civil War soldier letters and images. Their daughter, Stacy, has also been active in the antiques business.
